Karen Gilbert

Karen (she/her) lives in Oromocto, New Brunswick, on the traditional lands of the Wolastoqiyik, Mi’kmaq and Peskotomuhkati people.

As Inclusion Canada’s Executive Assistant, Karen loves being in her role as a coordinator of time, people, places, and meetings. Throughout her career, she has earned the reputation as resourceful and detailed across a broad spectrum of responsibilities to ensure executives can optimize their time and energy in the most positive and productive ways possible.

Karen spent a large portion of her executive career in sports operations and this experience fostered her passion for inclusivity, community and activity engagement. She loves all music, writes on the side, bakes and waits for the next New England Patriots Superbowl Win.
