Inclusive Education Canada Director, Gordon L. Porter was in Barcelona, Spain to give a key note address at a conference organized by APASIM, a city agency celebrating 75 years of service to children and families.

The head of the agency Efren Carbonell met Gordon in Salamanca in 2009 and heard him speak at a conference organized by Inclusion International.

The conference on inclusive education received a good deal of media coverage including in La Vanguardia, Barcelona’s leading newspaper. The interview was conducted in English but the newspaper is in Catalan, the language of that region of Spain.
