On February 27, 2013, a conference was held in Toronto that discussed the implications of the the Supreme Court of Canada’s decision in the Moore vs. BC case.

The conference was hosted by Community Living Ontario and Inclusive Education Canada, and included speakers Barbara Hall, Chief Commissioner of Ontario Human Rights Commission; Diane Richler, Past-President of Inclusion International; and Gordon L. Porter, Director of Inclusive Education Canada. These speakers discussed the information that has been gathered about inclusion and accommodation and reflected on the path ahead.
